This is a highly visible role as you will have the opportunity to write, develop, and lead internal training sessions, becoming our internal expert for all things SiteSMART. Your primary mission as an Application Support Analyst at EnerNOC in Boston will be to support the use of our SiteSMART application for internal customers. Strong communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service will allow you to succeed as you provide support to your colleagues at EnerNOC and, indirectly, to the larger structure of external customers, energy markets, and energy providers. Prior experience supporting database systems and technology will allow you to hit the ground running, as will your detailed experience writing and understanding SQL queries and familiarity with the Agile software development process. Success in leading trainings and experience with public speaking is required, as you will lead periodic training sessions on the SiteSMART application and its regular upgrades for EnerNOC employees.
