Hara Software seeks a Solutions Engineer that will be responsible for developing new business in EMEA region, for one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing startups. Ideal candidates must fluently speak in terms of value and solutions, be world class listeners and team oriented.

In this role, you will be focused on opportunity scoping and architecture design in addition to customizing applications and training in order to ensure pitch and pilot success. You would also be expected to begin as an individual contributor, developing focus on identifying, approaching and winning new clients, selling the prospects Hara’s range of SaaS- based energy and environmental solutions, and related products and services. You would be free to target any business within your assigned geographical territory, and would be expected to hit and exceed all and any targets set, all the time working closely with the rest of the sales team, and the account managers. Additionally, you would be responsible for helping identify and closing the strategic business partners needed to have the greatest impact on the success of the territory.

Responsibilities

Complete software demonstrations and presentations that range from standard to custom in a variety of industry segment specific voices.
Implement entire suite of our products in proof of concept scenarios and production applications.
Support prospects through their evaluation process, providing training and support assistance.
Deliver training and workshops as necessary to attract new clients and grow existing clients.
Understanding the customer's technical and business environment and requirements.
Working to identify creative ways that our product can solve business problems.
Communicating internally with Executive, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
Be prepared and willing to assist new reps, lead calls and prospect clients
Requirements

Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable and responsible in a position that grants autonomy.
Comfortable presenting complex technical topics to business and technical audiences in an Enterprise Software environment.
Professional interactions within our organization and customers’ organizations.
Understanding of carbon accounting, Climate change strategy, CSR Reporting, and GHG inventory strategy preferred.
Experience with the Business Intelligence market a significant plus.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
Must be located in the London area.
