Job Description:
This position will be responsible for management of the PECVD/ITO & BR sputter process in respect to engineering for thin film manufacturing. This position reports to the VP, Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Quality Consistency, Yield Enhancement, Productivity Improvement, and Cost Reduction in respect to engineering for thin film MFG
 Responsible for both PECVD/ITO & BR sputtering process
 Management: Planning, Direction, Evaluation, and Motivation
 Generate training programs for engineers

Qualifications & Requirements
 Over 10 years professional hands-on experience in Thin Film & vacuum technology
 10 years manufacturing experience required
 5 years manufacturing management experience required
 PV or semiconductor experience preferred
 BS in engineering required. MS or Ph.D preferred
