Job Description
This position is responsible for running thin film deposition equipment and improve quality, yield, throughput and cost of the thin films. This position reports to the Thin film MFG Engineering Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
 Establish SPC for critical parameters.
 Generate work instructions and SOP for process technicians to operate
 Identify variables for the critical parameters and determine control procedures
 Reduce cycle time, waste, inventory and increase productivity, yield, reliability to reduce the production cost.
 Generate training programs for technicians

Job Requirements
 Minimum 3 years professional, hands-on experience in Thin Film & Vacuum technology
 Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
 PV or semiconductor experience preferred
 BS in Engineering required, MS preferred
