Job Description
This position is responsible for leading a thin film solar cell and module process team, to achieve manufacturing goals of high Quality, Yield, Throughput, and Low cost.

Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Quality Consistency, Yield Enhancement, Productivity Improvement, and Cost Reduction in respect of engineering for cell & module MFG
 Work with development engineer to improve Solar cell and module MFG process
 Establish baseline manufacturing processes in different stages
 Lead engineer to solve Cell and module MFG process problems
 Documentation of all PV cell & module manufacturing processes
UL, IEC, and TUV certification tests
 Training program formation for engineers, technicians and operators
Supervise engineers and technicians to achieve the manufacturing goals
 Management: Planning, Direction, Training, Evaluation, and Motivation

Job Requirements
 Minimum 10 years professional hands-on experience in solar cell and module manufacturing process
 Minimum 3 years experience of dealing with ISO, UL, IEC, and TUV certification processes
 5 years or more technical supervision experience is required
 BS degree in engineering is required
 PV manufacturing experience is required
