Job Description
This position is responsible for technically executing the thin film solar cell and module process to achieve manufacturing goals of high Quality, Yield, Throughput, and Low cost. This position is reporting to module MFG manager

Job Responsibilities:
 Establish SPC for critical parameters
 Generate work instructions and SOP for operators
 Identify variables for the critical parameters and find the way to control them
 To reduce cycle time, waste, inventory, and increase productivity, yield, reliability to reduce the production cost
 Generate training programs for technicians
 Work with development engineers to improve Solar cell and module process
 Establish baseline manufacturing processes in different stages
 UL, IEC, and TUV certification tests
 Supervise technicians to achieve the manufacturing goals

Job Requirements
 Minimum 3 years professional hands-on experience in manufacturing process
 Minimum 2 years experience of lean manufacturing, SPC, trouble shooting
 BS degree in engineering is required
 Manufacturing experience is required.
