Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the set-up and operation of Xunlight’s lab and pilot electroplating facilities. Occasional machining and electrical jobs with power tools will be required. The applicant will be expected to conduct electroplating experiments according to plan, record and report results to R & D and engineering staff. Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
 Support set-up of electroplating and wet chemical processing facilities
 Operate and maintain pilot electroplating equipment
 Execute experiments, record and report results
 Write and maintain SOP’s for new electroplating processes

Job Requirements
 Chemical laboratory or electrochemistry/electroplating experience preferred
 Willingness and ability to work with industrial chemicals
 Electrical and mechanical skills will be a strong plus
 Strong computer skills for using Microsoft Applications( Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
 Associates Degree or higher in technical field, or equivalent job experience, Bachelors Degree preferred. Strong background in Chemistry preferred.
