We have vast experience with energy an utility conservation projects. Over the past five years we have performed facility audits in more than 650 buildings, received five design awards, reduced utility operating budgets by over 3 million dollars annually and delivered in excess of 6 million dollars in utility grants to our clients.

As an Account Executive in our Energy Services group, you will be responsible for identifying energy retrofit and performance contracting project opportunities in the Southwest Region (Texas). You’ll have a solid understanding of and ability to leverage the State of Washington Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) program along with various other public and private contracting mechanisms. This position manages the development of projects including the preparation and development of proposals to the customers as well as markets and sells other related energy services to general contractors, developers, and traditional McKinstry clients.

If you are a customer focused, disciplined, ethical leader with strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for excellence, this job is for you! Knowledge of building infrastructure systems and energy analysis are required. A four year degree in business, engineering or construction management as well as 3 – 5 years experience in an energy related sales or marketing position preferred.
