We have vast experience with energy an utility conservation projects. Over the past five years we have performed facility audits in more than 650 buildings, received five design awards, reduced utility operating budgets by over 3 million dollars annually and delivered in excess of 6 million dollars in utility grants to our clients.



As the Operations Manager based out of our Dallas office, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining standards, evaluating estimates, managing peer constructability and risk review, preparing implementation strategy for all project work, including energy and performance contracting related projects, as well as mentoring operations personnel. This position is fundamental in allowing McKinstry to deliver quality, efficiency, and reliability projects as a developer, consultant, general contractor and construction manager.

If you are a customer focused, disciplined, ethical leader with a passion for excellence, this job is for you! Knowledge of building infrastructure systems and energy analysis are required. A four year degree in business, engineering or construction management as well as 5 – 7 years experience in an energy related position is preferred.
