Eden Park Illumination, the leader in Microplasma Lighting technology, seeks an experienced Process Engineer Manager to lead the development process of Microplasma Lighting.

This Process Engineer Manager will coordinate all development activity as well as participate in the development cycle of new products, including the operation and maintenance of capital R&D equipment. Additionally, Process Engineer Manager will also support the transition of manufacturing technology to the potential pilot line, and will be able to identify, evaluate, and implement improvements to existing laboratory equipment and scaling up processes.


Requirements:

A degree in Engineering
Five years production and/or process experience with a manufacturer in the field of lighting or plasma display technology
Knowledge and experience of glass flat panel manufacturing equipment, including vacuum sealing processes
Knowledge or hands-on experience of coating processes (ie. screen printing)
