As a Senior Program Manager in our Energy Department here at McKinstry, your primary responsibilities will be the development and management of select energy and performance related projects including coordination of engineering, sub consultants, and other required resources to ensure measures of success are achieved. With an emphasis on customer and employee satisfaction as well as profitability, your role will focus on developing comprehensive facility solutions as they relate to operating expenditures. You will also play an integral role in sales strategy to maximize potential with prospective clients.

If you are a customer focused, disciplined, ethical leader with critical thinking skills and a passion for excellence, this job is for you! Supervisory and 5-10 years of direct energy experience as well as Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) are required. PE, professional designation is preferred.
