Process Tech for Epi Deposition: Primary responsibility will be the development & execution of Processes for silicon CVD and epitaxial device layers for the company’s products. The successful candidate will have several years of working experience as a process tech for Epi films or CVD films. Individual will need to work with several organizations including internal technical development, external foundries, equipment suppliers and consultants to integrate various elements needed for final technology implementation. Knowledge of Epi Si process and hardware is a definite plus. Experience with Epi deposition tools a must.
