As the first ever Director of Federal Energy Services here at McKinstry, you will be responsible for the development and profitable growth of our newly established Federal Energy Division. Initial responsibilities will include the creation of a sound strategic business plan and establishment of various processes and procedures as they relate to Energy Services Performance Contracts (ESPC) in the federal marketplace. If you are a charismatic leader with sharp decision making and superior customer service skills and possess strategic agility and business acumen, we would like to talk with you! Working knowledge of federal market financing, contracts and compliance as well sound understanding of the federal ESPC IDIQ process are requisites for this position.
