Solar Energy! We are seeking a part time (20-24 hours/week) experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a person who has a positive energy and friendly demeanor to provide world class customer service. Duties/Responsibilities: • Screen sales calls • Enter sales leads into CRM system and route mail inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department • Communicate with customers on the phone in a clear and concise manner • Provide support to the Sales & Marketing Department in general • Support Sales & Marketing material shipping inquiries from internal and external customers • Plan travel and meeting agendas • Perform other related duties as needed Requirements: • College Degree and 2 to 5 years strong customer service and general administrative office experience • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, analytical, time management and customer service skills • Good attention to detail • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM System (Salesforce, NetSuite a plus) • Ability to multi-task and tackle multiple challenges in a busy and fast-paced office environment • Upbeat, friendly and “can do” attitude • Interest in renewable energy • Fluent in Mandarin a plus but not required How to Apply: Email jobs2009@suntechamerica.com with your resume and short cover letter.
