As our Residential clients gear up their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs, the opportunities are plentiful for making a big impact while we continue to grow Ecos. Our Residential Solutions team has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator at our Portland, Ore., headquarters. In this role, you will report to our Technical Specialist on our Residential Efficiency team and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued success.

Role Description

As Project Coordinator, you are responsible for task execution of project work plans and work breakdown structures. You will oversee project scheduling, meeting logistics and meeting facilitation; along with scheduling of meetings and coordination of sub-contractors. In this role, you are responsible for client and sub-contractor communications for meetings, project tasks, and other project scheduling. Support for project teams by taking and distributing meeting minutes and action items during/following meetings and other team events is also included.

In this role, you will support project teams with general administrative tasks, including assisting in development of presentations, marketing strategies, and marketing materials in conjunction with other internal teams in support of a product line or program. You will drafts client reports and advise internal teams on any relevant product concerns. In addition, you may recommend changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends, and may evaluate product performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives.

Role Competencies

As our ideal candidate, you will have your Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. You have at least one year of experience in managing the delivery of project work plans, task completion, and/or project tasks. Additionally, you are a strong problem-solver, work well independently, and manage time effectively. Your ability to work in cross-functional and matrix-managed teams is also required. Previous experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric technologies concepts, practices, and procedures or a related field is preferred.
