Position Description: Design, develop, manage and continuously improve energy efficiency and corporate programs to meet and exceed clearly established goals working with team members, external resources and clients. Serve on company executive management team helping to guide and implement corporate policy and strategy decisions. Supervise and support employee and/or subcontractor resources to produce “best of class” results. Company Description: Evergreen Consulting Group, LLC provides energy efficiency program design, implementation, marketing, and support services to utilities, energy efficiency organizations and businesses primarily in the western portion of the United States. The 25 person firm was established in 1997 and maintains a special focus on developing and maintaining market based trade ally networks to support completion of energy efficiency projects in multiple states. Position Background: This is full time position, anticipated start date of mid February. Key Responsibilities: • Work with potential clients and team members to research, analyze and address energy efficiency program needs and develop concise proposals to meet those needs; • Develop strategy documents and work plans to guide program implementation actions; • Assemble and guide team member employees and subcontractors to meet and exceed program goals and client expectations; • Develop and successfully manage program budgets to meet internal and client needs; • Produce program tactical and strategic reports, as directed by the client and company management group, to meet information needs; • Define and develop sales, marketing and communication plans working with clients and team members to drive program results; • Manage and coordinate team member procedures, actions, adjustments and improvement ideas to continuously improvement bottom-line results • Recruit, interview and recommend for employment potential team members • Manage company operations and projects to improve overall awareness, improvement and efficiency of operations and management.
