Ecos Lighting & Products The Lighting & Products Group is focused on providing energy efficient solutions to our residential clients and as a member of this team, you are critical to our success. Our team has an immediate need for a Project Specialist, based out of a home office in the Philadelphia, PA metro area. In this role, you will report to our Field Manager and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued success. Role Description As Project Specialist, you are responsible for providing program management support to Lighting & Products for several projects or one major program resulting in total annual labor budget of <$250K per year. Your responsibilities include leading the task execution of project work plans and work breakdown structures, and developing and maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential customers. You will resolve customer issues and problems in a timely manner, develop and give presentations to assist in program delivery and execution, and develop marketing strategies and marketing materials in conjunction with other internal teams to support programs. Additionally, you will draft and deliver client reports and communications on a regular basis, as well as advise internal teams on any relevant product concerns and may recommend changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends. The Project Specialist will track and manage incentive invoicing, input and maintain unit tracking in databases, and mail materials out to our field teams and clients. In addition, you will be responsible for lighting manufacturer communication, tracking sales data and reporting on the savings and units moved, in the field. This role may include evaluating product performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives. Some administrative program support duties such as project scheduling, meeting logistics and facilitation, coordination and scheduling of meetings and events, coordination of sub-contractors and client scheduling, assisting in program launches, and other outreach planning and coordination may also be required. Project Specialist duties will also necessitate team support by participating in national stakeholder meetings, taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and other team events, updating program websites, and providing support with monthly reports. Role Competencies As our ideal candidate, you will have your bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You have at least 3 years of experience in managing the delivery of project work plans, task completion, and/or project tasks. Additionally, you are able to work well independently, manage time effectively, and be self-directed is required. Your ability to work in cross-functional and matrix-managed teams is also required. Previous experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric technologies concepts, practices, and procedures or a related field is preferred.
