As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for a portion of Digital Lumens’ revenue by managing a lead generation and sales effort primarily by phone and email. You will be expected to prospect and develop new customer leads, introduce the Digital Lumens value proposition, and create an opportunity for our sales force and our channel partners to engage in a fuller discussion with potential customers.

The ideal candidate is:
• Able to manage and deliver monthly lead volume to meet or exceed revenue plan focusing on target market verticals, with a proven track record in solution selling to businesses and commercial markets over the phone.
• A persuasive, confident oral and written communicator, with strong influencing skills and a contagious positive attitude. Capable of articulating a compelling business value to clients and prospects.
• A team player with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product management, etc.), customers, partners, and remote regional sales professionals.
• Able to identify, prioritize and focus on critical tasks. Works independently as a self starter and motivated member of a larger sales team.
• Capable of using Salesforce.com for managing contacts and overall CRM activities and assessing performance of the business.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 2 -4 years of inside sales and pre-sales support experience in the lighting, technical, or business solutions industries.
