Plug Load Solutions Ecos’ Plug Load Solutions Division is an emerging advisor to utilities on attaining energy savings from commercial and consumer electronics. Plug Load Solutions has successfully served the commercial market through its 80 PLUS program and is advancing several new initiatives in both the commercial and residential sectors. As program measures and plug load technologies evolve, the opportunities are plentiful for creating a positive environmental impact while driving future Ecos’ growth. Our Plug Load Solutions team has an immediate need for a motivated Program Analyst located in our Portland, Ore., headquarters. In this role, you will become a key member of the Plug Load Solutions team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our continued success. Role Description As Program Analyst of the Plug Load Solutions team, you will have primary responsibility for: rebate data management; database administration; financial tracking and reporting of team progress metrics; website update and maintenance; and rebate data trend analysis. This role is equal parts data-intensive program measurement and verification (M&V), and program process management. Success in this role will be best leveraged by applying trend analysis of program data to determine and articulate the market transformative effects of the program in sponsor territories. This analysis will provide insight related to program measure expansion and targeted Business Development opportunities of new program participants. Related roles of this position will also encompass monthly revisions to qualifying program measures and distribution of these lists to program participants, providing data results for monthly reporting to utility clients, and related ad hoc requests to support program staff. In this position, you will verify program data with a high degree of accuracy, create visuals that effectively communicate data and conclusions, assist with writing reports, and provide visual presentations to team members and program clients. The Program Analyst will manage the processing of program financial transactions and rebates for our participating customers. This process will include working with our internal Finance Team to ensure highly accurate accounting and reporting of results. Additionally, you will be responsible for weekly client invoicing for program rebates and incentive processing while using your experience to improve our processes and program systems. Role Competencies As our ideal candidate, you have an understanding of energy efficiency, finance, and program management with a focus on quantitative analysis. You possess an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in operations and technology and knowledge of computer hardware desired). Specific experience and genuine interest in consumer electronics and plug load technologies is preferred. You will have knowledge and experience proactively addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner. In addition, you have a proven ability to work within teams as well as independently, manage time effectively, be self-directed and excel in cross-functional as well as matrix team constructs. Strong customer service, quality assurance and/or quality control skills are required for success in this position. Ecos Information Our salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
