POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and production maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Operate complex, high throughput, manufacturing process equipment.
• Must be mechanically inclined and perform routine maintenance procedures.
• Able to follow complex procedures.
• Operate metrology tools and take/process measurements.
• Perform process adjustments.
• Must react accordingly to non-standard situations (stressful situations).
• Develop a sense of ownership with processes.
• Must be able to handle dangerous chemicals.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
• Associate’s Degree and/or equipment experience.
• Computer savvy.
• Critical reasoning skills.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and move objects consistently.
Training Requirements:
• General Safety.
• Quality System Awareness.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software training.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
• Required to wear safety glasses and other PPE as required per corporate safety policy.
• Will be working in an area with hazardous chemicals – must be able to use proper PPE as required.

Work Environment:
• Manufacturing process facility.
• Exposure to chemical processing and automation/robotic systems.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
